MENUS CRAFTED WITH PASSION

Exciting times ahead! Wren is currently in the works on a new little space of our own which will be open to the public! Coming spring 2025! We are so excited to be able to open local community space here in SLO which will be a bodega by day and a neighborhood spot with wine, beer & small plates in the evenings. Please note- off-site catering will no longer be available but boards and boxes will continue to be available. 

 

Chef Kimi Walker Ahrens has 23+ years of experience in the culinary industry and has worked in San Francisco at places such as Incanto and Bar Tartine.


These restaurants fostered her appreciation and love for seasonal and locally grown produce. She also spent several years managing and cooking at a corporate location so her depth of knowledge spans not only small business but volume as well. Her love for food partnered with her wanderlust lead her to travel abroad to countries such as Italy, Spain, Turkey, and Thailand and even landed her a job cooking in Tel Aviv, Israel for over a year. Kimi is a bay area native, Cal Poly alum and now calls beautiful San Luis Obispo her home. Her creative knowledge and contagious culinary passion is something she hopes to share with all of you soon!
